En fait c’est une commission en hommage à cette couverture par Bruce Timm :

Mais Timm ne semble pas avoir participé au dessin de Nicole Goux :
Nicole Goux is the Eisner Award nominated co-creator of Everyone Is Tulip, as well as principle artist and co-creator of Fuck Off Squad and Shadow of the Batgirl.
The latter is her only foray into work-for-hire at one of the big two, and was digitally rendered therefore producing no analog artwork for the secondary market.
This commission is the first original hand-rendered artwork that Nicole has produced of Batgirl for the art-collector market and an homage to Bruce Timm’s Robin-centric Comixology cover illustration. From the original 60s and New 52 versions of Barbara Gordon to Stephanie Brown and Cassandra Cain, all the generations of Gotham’s 2nd favorite crimefighter are showcased together.
