Actuellement en pleine publication du crossover fou Transformers Vs. G.I. Joe de l’artiste Tom Scioli, l’éditeur Idw Publishing s’apprête à rééditer l’intégrale de sa série digitale American Barbarian dans un recueil de 260 pages.
American Barbarian (ou Ambarb) est un hommage à l’époque Fourth World et Kamandi du Roi Jack Kirby. Le lecteur suit Meric dans sa quête vengeresse contre l’emperuer Two-Tank Omen à travers les contrées « post-post » apocalyptique de la nouvelle Terra.
A noter que American Barbarian avait déjà été publié plus tôt par AdHouse Book.
