DC Comics has officially announced C.O.R.T.: Children of the Round Table, an original six-issue comic book series launching September 10, 2025. Written by #1 New York Times bestselling author Tom Taylor (Nightwing, Dark Knights of Steel, Seven Secrets) and illustrated by Daniele Di Nicuolo (Nightwing, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers), the series reimagines the legend of King Arthur through a fresh, family-friendly lens.
Joining Taylor and Di Nicuolo on the creative team are colorist Rain Beredo and letterer Wes Abbott. Together, they’re crafting a bold new fantasy world where ancient myths and modern-day kids collide.
For centuries, the secretive Camelot Corps has safeguarded the mystical legacy of Arthur and his knights—waiting for the moment when their power would be needed once more. That moment has arrived.
“When I first imagined C.O.R.T., it felt like the story had been waiting for the right moment to be told,” Taylor shared. “Now, with Daniele Di Nicuolo and the team at DC, that moment is here. We’ve seen amazing teams like the Justice League and the Titans—but now it’s time for a new generation of heroes.”
“It’s an honor to bring something so unique to life,” added Di Nicuolo. “This series is fun, magical, and truly all-ages. I can’t wait for readers to meet our new band of young champions.”
C.O.R.T. follows Fel, Connor, and their friends, whose lives change forever when a massive stone crashes to Earth—complete with a mysterious sword embedded within it. When Fel draws the blade from the stone, she and her friends are granted powerful, talking weapons, each tied to the legendary Knights of the Round Table.
But these ancient weapons come with personalities—and opinions. As the kids bond with their comically quarrelsome armaments, they discover they’ve been chosen to battle a growing threat: the return of Mordred and the looming darkness he brings.
C.O.R.T.: Children of the Round Table #1 will hit comic shops and digital platforms on September 10, 2025, with preorders opening Friday, June 20. The debut issue will run 40 pages, followed by 32-page installments for the rest of the series.
Incroyable!!!
Plutôt alléchant. A quand un crossover avec Camelot 3000 ? ![]()

Their homes, their families, are in danger. Can the ghosts of legendary knights train new champions in time? Will this young band of friends resist the soldiers of Mordred? Or will they be captured by a tyrant before they’ve even had a chance to be heroes?
TOM TAYLOR AND DANIELE DI NICUOLO’S EPIC SEQUEL TO THE KING ARTHUR SAGA AMPS UP THE ACTION!
Just because a sword is telling you not to surrender to hostile forces doesn’t mean it knows what it’s talking about. The Children of the Round Table are in trouble. They’ve snuck out of their homes, which isn’t great. But they also find themselves surrounded by enemies and hopelessly outnumbered. These friends are destined to be heroes, but is destiny about to be cut short?
