A week ago, Bleeding Cool scooped the world on the news that the latest DC/Marvel crossover would be Supergirl and Blade, and it would be a DC Infinity Comics, eventually collected in print in DC’s collection of the new crossovers that they published, alongside Batman/Deadpool, Superman/Spider-Man and Flash/Fantastic Four, available in paperback and in hardcover. And I would expect Marvel Comics to do the same with their side of the crossover… as well as announce their digital equivalent to Supergirl/Blade that ties in with their own movies/TV Supergirl/Blade will now be published tomorrow on the vertical scrolling DC Go service as part of the DC Infinity app, and will be released for free.
DC/MARVEL: SUPERGIRL/BLADE #1
(Writer) CRC Payne (Artists) Mikel Janín and Hugo Petrus (Colors) Marcelo Maiolo (Letters) Pat Brosseau
The Girl of Steel and the Daywalker find themselves trapped on a soundstage where the cameras never stop rolling and the stakes are very real. Forced to battle bloodsucking foes, melodramatic tropes, and Mojo himself, the unlikely duo must team up and fight their way to freedom before the show’s final twist becomes their last.
Étonnant !
