C’est le Nouveau Départ (Fresh Start) de Marvel.

Scénariste de Deadpool depuis 2012, Gerry Duggan racontera sa dernière histoire sur le Mercenaire Disert dans The Despicable Deadpool #300. Skottie Young (Rocket Raccoon) lui succédera à l’occasion du Fresh Start de Marvel.

La partie graphique de cette nouvelle série, dont la publication débutera en juin, a été confiée à Nic Klein (Drifter).

Skottie Young : “I like to write stories that move fast and keep you on the ride. And I like to try and make you laugh while someone his getting their arm broken or head exploded. hahaha. Similar to my run on Rocket, I like doing shorter stories and have threads that weave in and out.”

Ah tiens, le retour de Nic Klein chez Marvel. Si je me souviens bien, son dernier travail au sein de la maison des idées remonte à ses épisodes de Captain America avec Remender au stylo puis à la conclusion de la série Winter Soldier sur une chouette histoire imaginée par Jason Latour.

Il aura fait combien d’épisodes de Deadpool, Duggan ?

Plus de 110 il me semble.

Ah quand même, j’aurais pas cru autant !
Il ne doit pas y avoir mieux en terme de nombre !

Faut dire que les séries ont souvent suivi un rythme bimensuel.
44 épisodes pour le volume 3 avec Brian Posehn, 13 épisodes pour Deadpool : Dracula’s Gauntlet, 36 épisodes pour le Vol.4, 14 épisodes pour Despicable, la mini-série Mrs Deadpool pendant Secret Wars, la mini-série Hawkeye vs Deadpool et un épisode de Spider-Man/Deadpool…avec tout ça, ça fait donc bien un peu plus de 110 épisodes entre 2012 et 2018.

Il en impose grave ce relaunch bon je vais pas y participer mais j’espère qu’un accueil convenable va lui être fait pour pérenniser la démarche Aaron Spencer Slott David etc vous allez me manquer les amis je vous suivrai en indé :slight_smile:

Et c’est intéressant de voir Skottie Young sur autre chose que du baby

Un peu attendu quand même sur Deadpool… Proche de son univers.
