« Deadpool et les douze salopards ». C’est avec ces simples mots que le scénariste Cullen Bunn a vendu sa nouvelle mini-série Deadpool & the Mercs for Money (la huitième depuis 2012) en collaboration avec le dessinateur Salva Espin.
Elle suit les évènements du titre régulier Deadpool dans lequel notre « héros », trop occupé avec ses obligations de super-héros (Uncanny Avengers), vient d’engager une équipe de super-mercenaires pour s’occuper de ses missions. Parmi eux: Foolkiller, Terror, Slapstick, Solo, Stingray et le Deadpool mexicain Masacre.
Le premier numéro (sur les cinq prévus) sort en février 2016 avec une couverture de Declan Shalvey.

Trois cases par planche, pas de décor, des couleurs sans texture, niveau artistique je trouve ça assez pauvre.
En plus Cullen Bunn que j’aime bien sur Sixth Gun et que j’avais bien apprécié sur **The Damned ** ne m’a jamais intéressé sur Deadpool.
À vue de nez ce sera sans moi.
Stingray n’est pas un super vilain il fut un Avengers et c’est un héros sous-marin, tout comme Solo (qui est une version du Punaiser créer par David Michelinie pour Spider-Man avec Erik Larsen) et Slapstick (même si j’ai un doute sur ce dernier à la fin d’Avengers Initiative).
