Après la récréation Not Brand Echh, le premier projet post-Secret Empire de Nick Spencer traitera de l’une des répercussions de l’événement de l’année 2017.
En tentant de défaire ce qui a été fait, le Docteur Strange va malencontreusement libérer sur Terre Mephisto et ses forces démoniaques. Heureusement, celui qui n’est actuellement plus le Sorcier Suprême de la Terre ne sera pas seul pour livrer son combat…
Co-écrite par Donny Cates (le nouveau scénariste de Doctor Strange) et dessinée par Rod Reis (Secret Empire), la mini-série en 5 épisodes Doctor Strange : Damnation sera publiée à partir de février 2018.
Le principe est intéressant, et l’implication de Spencer aussi.
Mais pourrait-on arrêter de déposséder Stephen Strange de son titre, au moins pour 5 ans, svp ?
La mini-série Doctor Strange : Damnation sera finalement composée de 4 épisodes au lieu des 5 annoncés précédemment.
Il y a aura également plusieurs épisodes liés aux événements de l’histoire de Nick Spencer et Donny Cates, dans les pages des séries Doctor Strange, Ben Reilly : Scarlet Spider et Iron Fist, ainsi que le one-shot Damnation : Ghost Rider par Christopher Sebela et Phil Noto.
