Un des rares trucs sur les Mutants qui me chauffe même si j’ai aucun avis sur Jody Houser.
Ni bon, ni mauvais. Jody Houser lance Laura et Gabby sur la piste de Mutants transformés par des expériences génétiques en lien avec le passé de X-23, notamment en croisant une jeune fille aux pouvoirs dérivés de son amie Kiden. Laura remonte la piste jusqu’à un entrepôt sombre, avec Gabby qui suit, et elles découvrent de jeunes Mutants qui pensent que la grande X-23 vient les rejoindre.
Retour neutre, mais sans emballement. Le scénario ne surprend pas mais n’est pas mauvais, il livre juste ce qu’il faut pour enclencher une quête de réponses de Laura qui mène à de nouveaux jeunes Mutants torturés par des Humains. Rien de mauvais mais rien de neuf, avec des dessins corrects de Jacopo Camagni.
Ça se lit mais ça ne m’accroche pas.
