En 2015, le scénariste Brian Bendis lancera la nouvelle série Guardians Team-Up calquée sur le traditionnel Marvel Team-Up. Sans surprise, la série se concentrera sur les rencontres entre les membres des Gardiens de la Galaxie et les autres héros de l’univers marvel. Miss Hulk et Deadpool seront au rendez-vous des premiers numéros.
La partie graphique sera assurée par des dessinateurs différents à chaque numéro. C’est le trop rare Arthur Adams qui se charge du premier à paraitre en février.
Cependant, cette nouvelle série ne sera pas le terrain de jeu exclusif de Bendis puisque Sam Humphries (Legendary Star-Lord) écrira le troisième épisode lié à la saga The Black Vortex.
Il s’agit de la sixième série régulière consacrée à l’univers des Gardiens de la Galaxie.
