Très occupé par son poste de producteur au sein du collectif Man of Action (co-créé avec Joe Casey, Joe Kelly et Duncan Rouleau), le scénariste Steven T. Seagle (It’s a Bird…, Big Hero Six) revient au comics chez Image avec une série comique illustrée par Mark Dos Santos. Décrit comme une « Bromance » par l’auteur, Imperial raconte comment l’unique super-héros de la Terre en vient à choisir un humain lambda pour être son successeur. Seul problème, ce dernier est en pleine préparation de son mariage.
Le premier numéro de *Imperial *sortira en aout.
