Lucas Stand est un ancien militaire qui a bien du mal à s’intégrer à la société. Après avoir coupé les ponts avec ses proches, le vétéran est au plus bas. C’est à ce moment là que l’enfer vient toquer à sa porte pour lui proposer un job : pourchasser les démons en fuite. Que ce soit pendant la deuxième guerre Mondiale, le Hollywood de l’âge d’or ou le Vietnam, Stand doit maintenant trouver sa place pour faire face à la menace.

Non content d’avoir publié une adaptation en comic-book de Sons of Anarchy, l’éditeur Boom! Studios s’associe le talent du créateur et producteur Kurt Sutter pour son premier comic-book : Lucas Stand.

Sur cette mini-série en 6 numéros, Sutter collabore avec la romancière et scénariste Caitlin Kittredge (Coffin Hill) et le dessinateur Jesús Hervás.

Le premier numéro sort en juin avec une couverture de Lee Bermejo.
