Le numéro 3 est sorti le 17 novembre, on arrive donc au milieu de la série qui sera en 6 numéros.

Le premier numéro est très bon et pose les bases de l’intrigue, à savoir la course à l’espace entre les Etats-Unis et l’URSS avec l’envoi d’animaux en orbite (Laïka du coté URSS et Abel et Baker pour les Etats-Unis). Le tout est accompagné d’un fond conspirationniste intéressant.

Par contre les deux épisodes suivant s’attardent sur les animaux en question. Intéressant, mais à ce niveau, l’intrigue n’avance plus et je me demande bien vers quoi on va évoluer avec les 3 derniers épisodes. A voir ce que ça va donner, j’ai peur du pétard mouillé, j’espère que je serai surpris.

En tout cas Sorrentino est toujours aussi bon, notamment sur la mise en page, et Dave Stewart fait un super boulot sur les couleurs.

Et bien le pétard mouillé est confirmé.

Après avoir lu l’entièreté de la série, je suis assez déçu. Le premier numéro m’avait vraiment donné envie avec son thème conspirationniste mais le soufflé retombe très vite avec les numéros suivants. Les parties « sur Terre » sont plutôt intéressantes en restant dans le même thème polar sans pour autant être transcendantes, mais par contre le parties concernant les animaux sont d’un ennui total.

La partie graphique est le point positif de la série. Sorrentino nous livre un travail impeccable, très bien accompagné par Dave Stewart à la couleur.
