Une adaptation télévisuelle de The Beauty est en développement par Ryan Murphy (American Horror Story). Plusieurs noms ont déjà été officialisés pour la distribution, dont Evan Peters, Rebecca Hall, Isabella Rossellini et Ashton Kutcher.
