A partir de juillet, l’éditeur Marvel lance l’initiative « Infinite Comics »: quatre nouvelles séries en 13 parties qui paraitront sans interruption pendant un an. La marque Infinite repose sur le procédé Turbomedia: un défilement image par image géré par le lecteur sur un format proche du Storyboard (Guardians of the Galaxy: Infinite Comics).
Pour sa première série, l’éditeur profite de la sortie du film Wolverine: Le combat de l’Immortel avec Wolverine: Japan’s Most Wanted par les scénaristes Jason Aaron & **Jason Latour **. Le dessinateur français Yves “Balak” Bigerel (collaborateur de Mark Waid sur Thrillbent) est aux esquisses tandis que Paco Medina s’occupe des finitions.
