ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER…
"Last week I told cartoonist Jim Wisniewski how much I was enjoying his work, and suggested doing a trade. He could do a Mr. Monster pic for me, and I’d do whatever character he wanted. Turns out he wanted me to do Mr. Monster. Hey, I’m there !
Jim’s pic (which you can see if you scroll down a bit), featured Mr. Monster battling some early Marvel Monsters (including the horrible Toad Men from the original Hulk #2). Not to be outdone, I chose to have Mr. Monster battling the very earliest version of Jack Kirby’s Thing (from the Fantastic Four). Back then he looked even more like a Marvel monster that he does today. And I always loved that version !
Anyway, here’s my take on the character. Looks like it’s gonna be a hell of a fight !"

Pourquoi est-ce signé Deodato ?

Ah oui tien, malgré la taille de la signature, je ne l’avais pas vue. Diable. Je corrige.

Ha je comprends mieux. Parce qu’en plus, ça ne ressemblait pas complètement à du Deodato. Ou du Deodato en mieux. 
Y a une qualité d’encrage incroyable, une belle lumière sur la cape…
