This was my first try at doing a Thor cover for Marvel for the month when all the comics in the line has portraits - full sized heads - on the covers. When I was done, I wasn’t crazy about it and did another version, the one that actually appeared on the comic.
I gave this one to a friend and he was kind enough to let me make a scan of it yesterday.
I like it better now than when I did it, as is often the way of things.
