le gros plan sur l’oeil c’est typiquement du Adam.
Et Coates continue à développer sur Docteur Franklin.

Je viens de lire le premier TPB, encouragé par le plaisir de l’actuelle série Black Panther, et j’ai trouvé ça pas mal.
Alors oui, c’est très décompressé, le recueil se lit très rapidement. Mais le scénariste, tout en récupérant des trucs chez Frank Miller et Ed Brubaker, s’arrange avec plein de choses : il connecte son Cap aux événements décrits par Spencer, et creuse un peu le malaise que ressent Rogers. De même, il gère à mon goût très bien le couple Rogers / Carter.
Bref, plein de qualité. La voix off est omniprésente, mais elle n’écrase pas tout comme dans Black Panther, notamment parce que Coates fait court. Ça rend encore plus visible la décompression, mais ça ne freine pas la lecture.
Pour l’instant, j’ai l’impression de relire du Brubaker (jusqu’à certains motifs visuels). Mais je suis curieux de voir comment le scénariste va tenter de trouver sa voie propre pour la suite de la série.

J’aimerais bien que Zdarsky s’occupe de la relance (si relance il y a), vu comment il écrit Rogers dans Spider-Man: Life Story (pas encore lu Invaders).

Mais je me souviens que Aaron était interessé quand Remender a eu le titre (m a t il dit) mais on lui a proposé Thor…
Et là il n a plus ni Thor ni Star Wars ni Conan…
Il a Avengers, et il n’y fait guère d’étincelles.

En parallèle, l’histoire s’oriente plus vers Steve actuellement et j’avoue que je m’attendais plus à une série sur le costume ou le symbole. C’est en filigrane par rapport à je ne sais plus quel event que je n’ai pas lu…
