According to David Anthony Kraft, who took over the writing of the title from Stan Lee after the first issue, SHE-HULK came about because Universal, which was producing the INCREDIBLE HULK series for CBS, was about to create a spinoff without Marvel’s participation. “The executives at Universal decided they could do a SHE-HULK and somehow get around Marvel,” Kraft said. “Stan had to rather hurriedly create She-Hulk—it was under duress. It was like, ‘We need to get it out in the next thirty seconds.’”

This was commission that I received a ways back and only recently finished. The rough is pretty « comprehensive », as they say but I changed the spacing of the elements and decluttered things a bit. Those sci-fi pillars are there for design purposes mainly: The Vision is looking upward (maybe having a vision of the SW) and I wanted to have something moving the viewer’s eye up… an upward thrusting. And I wanted to have a dream like quality to the environment, and hence, keep things vague. So instead of trying to draw a lab or something like that, I opted for free-floating pieces of machinery that might suggest the Vision’s android nature. Dommage que son style ait évolué
Faudrait faire comme Hank McCoy: récupérer le jeune Keown lors d’un voyage temporel pour mieux le confronter au Keown actuel (que le meilleur gagne).

Il me semble qu il n etait pas content de la façon dont il etait encré à l époque. Arrivé sur pitt chez image, il multiplie les hachures et l arrondi de son trait disparait peu à peu, préfigurant son style actuel, mais etait ce un arrondi qui lui appartenait ?
Ooohh!
J’ai toujours cru que c’était une couv de Garney seul !!! (il y a beaucoup de l’école Kubert chez Garney)
