La période Wolverine 75 à 82, c’est excellent oui! C’est cependant dommage que Larry Hama ne développe pas vraiment la fragilité de Logan. Quand Cyber brise ses griffes, le titre pouvait prendre une direction vraiment fascinante, mais ce fut trop court à mon goût. Finalement, l’absence d’adamantium, passée la période citée, n’a pas vraiment d’impact sur le titre et le personnage.
Ce qui est amusant sur les crayonnés ci-dessus, c’est que Farmer est le meilleur encreur que Kubert ait eu, mais que Dan Green était peut être le plus fidèle. C’est celui qui restituait l’héritage de Joe Kubert visible sur cette planche.
Magnifique.
Une édition grand format des crayonnés, qu’est-ce que ça serait bien.

I asked Steve Epting and he clarified why - « the image was supposed to be a grainy film of a police beating being shown on TV news (ala Rodney King).
Tom Palmer wanted to give it a different affect, so he copied it on to a duo shade board and inked it ».
Plus je regarde ce topic, plus je me dis que certains dessinateurs ne devraient pas être colorisés…
J’y connais rien mais sur certaines planches, je ne vois pas l’apport de la couleur quand je vois la netteté (pureté ?) du noir et blanc (désolé pour les coloristes pour le coup…).
Et que des coloristes devraient arrêter.
