As the 30th anniversary of the horror movie Event Horizon draws near, IDW Publishing is giving us a prequel tale in April 2026.
From the brilliant mind of Eisner Award-winning writer Christian Ward (Batman: City of Madness, Two Face) comes EVENT HORIZON: INFERNO. After captivating fans with the twisted prequel series, Ward returns to reveal what happens 200 years after the unforgettable events of the movie while amping up both the shocking terror and gripping action with artist Rob Carey (Aliens: Resistance, Outsiders).*
“I’m thrilled to continue the story of Event Horizon. First we told you the story about what happened before the events of the film and now we’re exploring what happened after the credits rolled,” said Ward in a press release. “Get ready for more sci-fi, more excitement and especially more cosmic terror. There are more demons in hell and we’re only just beginning.”
Event Horizon: Inferno is scheduled to arrive in April 2026.
