Yes, it is very different scripting this kind of tale. The way I work is I plot out the story on 3″ x 5″ cards, write a rough draft and keep giving that as many passes as I think it needs to be right. Which is why I have always admired writers like Carl Hiaasen and Gary Shteygart. Humor is another animal entirely. I’ve got a warm spot in my heart for past attempts, like the “Thing/Hulk Big Change” graphic novel I did with Bernie Wrightson and the Pip the Troll/Heater Delight issue of “Warlock.”[/quote]

C’est évidemment très fort visuellement (scénaristiquement, c’est beaucoup moins tentant car Starlin ne m’a jamais plu), mais quand même je ne comprends pas comment/pourquoi Davis dessine Gamora aussi moche, lui qui sait si bien représenter les femmes.
Ah, si seulement Marvel le laissait à nouveau faire une mini-série qu’il écrirait et dessinerait, hors continuité (réaliser son projet abandonné de « Excalibur : Genesis », reprendre « Clandestine »)…

Faut croire qu’il essaye de faire concorder son look avec celui de sa version cinématographique (le front apparent, les sourcils pas forcément bien visibles).
En tout cas ce n’est effectivement pas une franche réussite.
Franchement c’est pas si choquant… je prefere la voir comme ca que de la voir en mode femme sexy avec un décolleté plongeant. ( c peut etre pour perturber ses adversaires) c’est la femme la plus dangeureuse de l’univers… elle a une tete bad ass, pas tres sexy…elle fait limite peur au premier coup d’oeil… alors je dis pourquoi pas.
mm si je prefere cette version ( ah Warlock and the Infinity Watch…)
les dessins de Davis sont sublimes. Ca donne vraiment envie. Ila encore une tres bonne patte.
ce qui me gene c plutot la taille de Gamora, je la voyais plus grande… elle fait un peu ado…
c bien vu oui effectivement.
je trouve parcontre que Groot est le moins reussi du groupe mais c pour chipoter, car les pages sont tres belles.

oui clairement pour Schiti.
par contre, sur le dessin de Davis; Groot a des dents ( ou un dentier) et un tracé musculaire tres humain ( trop), la couronne sur la tete est pas terrible non plus… je trouve que groot a perdu un peu de sa majesté. et ses doigts: on voit clairement une ossature humaine. ca manque un peu d’excroissance.
j’aime beaucoup quand Groot fait plus « arbre »
et pour reprendre la remarque de Raccoon sur l’image ci dessus, la taille de Gamora interpelle aussi un peu.
