En 1986 sortait sur les écrans le film d’horreur La Mouche de David Cronenberg. Il racontait le funeste destin du scientifique Seth Brundle (Jeff Goldblum) qui se retrouve fusionné avec une mouche en tentant de construire le premier télépod.

A partir du 18 mars, le scénariste Brandon Seifert et l’artiste Denton3 raconteront la quête du fils Bundle pour trouver un remède à sa propre condition de mutant dans The Fly: Outbreak pour le compte de l’éditeur IDW Publishing.
