Après le one-shot « One For The Road » de juin, la série The Goon fera son grand retour (entendre régulier) sous la forme d’une suite de mini-séries dont la première est titrée « Occasion of Revenge ». L’artiste Eric Powell annonce un changement de ton qui présage une œuvre plus proche du récit mélancolique The Goon: Chinatown. Pour l’occasion, il s’occupera lui-même des couleurs des quatre numéros de cette histoire, mais se dit prêt à collaborer à nouveau avec le coloriste Dave Stewart.
