Le scénariste Cullen Bunn a confié l’écriture de la mini-série Valley of Death de la saga The Sixth Gun à son partenaire artistique Brian Hurtt (déjà co-auteur de Sons of the Gun).

Cette histoire en trois chapitres, illustrés par A.C. Zamudio et Ryan Hill, voit la sorcière recluse former une compagnie avec l’aide de légendaire Loup-Blanc pour chasser les créatures d’un autre monde dans la Vallée de la Mort.
