J’étais arrivé à peu près à cette conclusion grâce aux deux images postées plus haut, mais ça ne me dit rien. Soit j’ai pas lu du tout, soit j’ai oublié. Je penche pour la deuxième solution.

« Un ètè loin des hommes » is almost here! Its coming out the 6th of March for Dargaud and
… It is gonna be published in English as well!!! This is my first book fully painted in watercolours, I really hope you’ll like it. I’ll post more info in the upcoming weeks.

Un été loin des hommes
Frédérique, 47 ans, revient à Nice, sa ville natale, pour les funérailles de sa mère. Dans l’appartement de son enfance, où, entourée de souvenirs, elle retrouve son père Vittorio, une vieille photo lui rappelle un été particulier, en 1985… Cet été-là, Frédérique a douze ans et passe ses vacances en famille au Village, en Corse, chez sa tante Evelyne et ses cousines Marie-Ange et Antonia. Tout semble paisible sous le soleil insulaire, jusqu’à ce que Vittorio reparte brusquement à Nice, officiellement pour le travail. Mais est-ce la vraie raison ? À cela s’ajoute un autre questionnement pour Frédérique, qui prend doucement conscience de son attirance pour les femmes. Après cet été « loin des hommes », plus rien ne sera comme avant… Entre tendresse et nostalgie, ce récit solaire évoque les premiers émois, les secrets de famille et l’adolescence dans un cadre vibrant et évocateur qui rappelle Été 85 ou Call Me by Your Name. Les illustrations, colorées, viennent sublimer cette exploration intime et universelle.
