A partir de cette semaine, Panel Syndicate proposera le comic digital Universe! de Albert Monteys. L’histoire suit Thomas Marrot, un petit employé de Wortham Industries qui s’apprête à vivre l’aventure de sa vie lorsqu’il est convoqué dans le bureau de son patron.
Pour la petite histoire, Albert Monteys est un illustrateur espagnole qui fut le rédacteur en chef du célèbre journal satirique El Jueves jusqu’à ce que la commission refuse de publier la couverture où il dénonçait les malversations de la famille royale lors de la passation de pouvoir entre le roi Juan Carlos I et son successeur, le roi Felipe VI.
Le site Panel Syndicate a été créé par Brian K. Vaughan et Marcos Martin pour promouvoir leur série The Private Eye en la vendant à un prix fixé par le lecteur. Un système qui bénéficiera aussi à ce premier « épisode » de Universe !
