Mad Cave annonce la suite du long métrage Starfighter (1984), un comic-book imaginé par les auteurs du film Jonathan Betuel et Nick Castle et le dessinateur Paul Davidson. Sortie prévue à l’été 2026.
The Last Starfighter is for reals one of the best sci-fi movies to come out of the ’80s, and even though we never got a sequel, Mad Cave Studios, Nick Castle, and Jonathan Betuel are teaming to bring the adventures of Alex Rogen to comic book shops in June 2026.
The comic book series picks up where the movie left off, expanding the universe, and reigniting the Starfighter legacy.
“Greetings, Starfighters! I’m thrilled to be collaborating with the stellar team at Mad Cave and Paul Davidson to elevate Starfighter into the multiverse,” said Jonathan Betuel in a press release from Mad Cave Studios. “Long overdue, we’re all eager to chronicle the Herculean undertaking of Alex Rogan as he finds himself charged with rebuilding the legendary starfighter legion.”
The Last Starfighter #1 arrives in June 2026.
