Comme annoncé il y a plusieurs mois, le dessinateur David Finch (Forever Evil) travaille bien sur la reprise de la série Wonder Woman après la conclusion de l’histoire imaginée par Brian Azzarello/Cliff Chiang (Wonder Woman #35). Il sera rejoint par sa femme Meredith Finch qui participera en tant que co-scénariste.

ça sera sans moi. je n’ai rien contre les Finch mais la série par Azza et Chiang mérite que je ne prenne pas la suite. Trop de respect pour cette réussite.
Tiens, les quelques images postées ici m’amènent en fait à mettre le doigt sur un truc qui m’a toujours gêné chez Finch (je n’apprécie pas trop son style, mais je reconnais qu’il y a du travail, c’est un besogneux, quand même).
Finch dessine des visages de gamines sur des corps de femmes.
C’est un travers assez propre aux anciens disciples de Top Cow, mais dans son approche réaliste, ça choque. Nettement plus que dans l’approche plus cartoony d’un Joe Benitez, quoi.
